Booking Terms

ONCE THE BOOKING IS MADE AND YOU HAVE TICKED THE BOX ON THE BOOKING SYSTEM TO ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS RESERVATION YOUR RESERVATION IS BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT HERE.

If you cancel or modify this reservation more than 7 days before arrival you will be charged a £25 booking fee per room cancelled or modified.

If you cancel or modify this reservation between 3 days and 7 days before arrival you will be charged 50% (Fifty percent) of the total cost for the room(s) modified or cancelled.

If you cancel or modify this reservation less than 3 days before arrival you will be charged the total cost for the room(s) modified or cancelled.

In the event that you modify your reservation where it initially includes a 2 night minimum stay as stated on our booking system at time of booking then a 50% surcharge will apply to the remaining value of the reservation as well as the terms stated in our terms and conditions stated above.

Upon arrival we do need to see the credit or debit card used to make this reservation

* USE OF CREDIT CARDS WILL INCUR A SMALL CHARGE OF £2 PER TRANSACTION. WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR DEBIT CARDS
