We are also happy to receive bookings from you either by fax (0871 2369308) or by telephone 01244 348410.

Our room rates can vary depending on days of the week and local events, so please check the room(s) that you would like to stay in are available and the next page will then provide you with the relevant costs. Details of all of our rooms can be found on the Our Rooms ... page.

If booking by phone or faxk, we will always require a name for the reservation, a contact telephone number, an e-mail address to confirm your booking.

In each case we will require credit card details to include the following:

• Cardholders Name
• Cardholders House Number
• Cardholders Post Code
• Last 3 digits from rear of card
• Valid from Date of card
• Expiry date of card

We will typically take 25% deposit but are happy to take the card details to act purely as a guarantee for your reservation. We will not take Full Payment for a credit card transaction and require you to provide us with visibility of the card upon arrival.
