Terms and Conditions of Booking
- We operate a strict no-smoking policy in our building. Any smoking will result in a minimum £50 charge and immediate termination of your vacation
- Failure to provide a valid contact telephone number may result in the reservation being cancelled
- We operate a strict no-smoking policy in our building - a minimum £50 per room cleaning charge will be applied to any room where smoking has taken place. By making a reservation you agree to not smoke on the premises of the property at any time
- We do not accept any form of cheque
- Modifications to bookings after arrival are subject to cancellation charges as stipulated below.
- Checkout time is 10:30am except by prior arrangement
- Failure to check out at the agreed time will attract a charge equal to £20 per part or full hour overstayed upto a maximum of 2 hours after which full rate will apply at the published rates.
- No pets allowed
- All rates include a Full English Breakfast. Under 5's excluded
- Breakfast is served between 7:30am and 09:00am or other times only by prior arrangements.
- Any damage caused to furniture, fixture and fittings will have to be paid for in full by the guest. Lost keys are charged to the guest
- Only 1 free under 5 for each full paying adult. Child rate charged for each additional under 5.
- Any accidents resulting in injury must be reported immediately to the owner/agent and a record must be recorded in the accident book onsite
- Any damage caused by a guest, or theft of property from the premises will be charged back to that guest
- A refundable deposit of £20 or the provision by yourselves of your credit card details will be used to secure the return of the bedroom and front door keys. Loss of these will be charged at £20 per key and £10 per key fob minimum.
- All outstanding charges are payable in full on arrival although arrivals after 4pm allow us the right to take full payment after 4pm from your debit/credit card and in the event of the card not permitting this we will alter your reservation to Non Guaranteed and this will allow others to reserve these rooms
- Visitors are fully responsible for any lost or stolen items caused by negligence
- Any complaints must be raised whilst you are on site and put in writing after you leave within 7 days of your stay ending. All complaints should be sent to Guest House Management, 44 Hoole Road, Hoole, Chester CH2 3NL.
- Breakfast is prepared to the time you indicate on your registration form completed on arrival. This time has to be honored or the breakfast will be forfeited. We can provide sandwiches as an alternative given prior arrangement.
- Late arrivals accepted up to 10pm by prior arrangement only
Cancellation charges:
- More than 1 week before arrival - a £10 booking fee is payable
- Between 1 week and 72 hours before arrival: 50% of the total cost is payable
- Less than 72 hours before arrival: 100% of the total cost is payable
