- All 1st floor doorways are 32 inches wide (approx 820 mm) and all 2nd floor doorways measure 27 inches wide
- Most medications can be refrigerated
- No lift or stair chair
- Solid wood stair railing to all 3 floors (Ground, 1st and 2nd floors)
- There are no ground floor bedrooms
- English and Tagalog spoken fluently, Spanish understood
- All stair steps measure 7 inches in height. 13 steps to semi landing measuring 36 inches by 79 inches then a further 7 steps to 1st floor landing. 10 steps to semi landing measuring 36 inches by 79 inches then a further 5 steps to 2nd floor landing
- All landing areas are well lit and are equipped with emergency lighting, detectors and fire bells
- Sockets in all bedrooms are just above skirting board level
we enjoyed the stay even though we were only there for 1 night. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the owner gave us lots of advice and places to go. It is a short walk into the city centre so we were able to leave the car and not worry about city parking. We will definatley be returning.
